Vice President Sales, Lion Healthcare Canada

Richard Thomas

Richard Thomas is the Vice President Sales of Lion Healthcare and serves on the leadership team. Before being named Vice President Sales to Lion Healthcare, Richard was a Managing Director to a large corporate risk management company serving global clientele. Richard was responsible for the entire Canadian Region and focused on development, leadership, support, and culture.

With over +20 years experience in Healthcare & Security, and 17 years in management, as well as 13 years specific to senior leadership and leading Canada wide national teams. Richard’s strategic initiatives, coupled with healthcare knowledge from staffing to security, to intelligence and risk assessment services allows him to be well rounded in all field’s healthcare & risk management.

Richard shares his expertise and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to strengthen the security sector as a member of OLTCA.  Richard has provided guidance to various healthcare teams in all 10 provinces, including more then 1,000 employees, consulting, and strategic initiatives to over 65 different Canadian Healthcare & Security companies.

Richard’s dedication to healthcare, is only surpassed by his dedication to client service, and support to all clients Richard engages with.  With portfolio management of over 100 clients, and 45 million CAD, Richard has had the pleasure to support multiple local, national, and international clients.

Regional Manager, Ontario

Daniel Anthony Beard

Coming in with  15+ years of experience providing excellent customer/client services and defusing conflicts through active listening and interactive problem-solving, Daniel has proven time and again his ability to develop strong teams and leaders.

His skills as a social worker and passion for health care allow for excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills to train groups of up to 30 people and to coordinate community outreach, educational, and physical fitness.

Daniel has experience working with diverse groups in community and mental health services: immigrant youth, marginalized youth, the elderly, youth with disabilities, and people with mental health issues.

Her ability to identify and solve complex operational challenges, coupled with her effective communication and interpersonal skills, has allowed Alex to manage successful teams and streamline processes, contributing to the overall success and growth of the companies she worked at.

Alex is fluent in English, Serbian and conversational Greek.

Natasha Zivic

Natasha is a seasoned Recruiter with a demonstrated track record of sourcing and securing top-tier talent for organizations across various industries. With a keen eye for identifying the perfect fit and a commitment to delivering high-quality candidates, Natasha plays a pivotal role in elevating team capabilities and achieving recruitment goals.

 Natasha successfully managed the day-to-day operations of the Toronto office for one of the largest Canadian Fashion Retailers while providing essential administrative support to top-level executives.

She oversaw HR practices, including recruitment and employee relations, and conducted corporate training for all new employees.

Natasha speaks English and Serbian.

Field Manager

Amandeep Singh

Aman is a committed Field Manager servicing clients in Northern Ontario and some of the remotest towns scattered around Ontario. He takes pride in his hands-on approach to client service and serves as a conduit for employee and client communication.

Aman has a diploma from Mohawk College in Health Wellness and Fitness and uses his passion for healthcare to cultivate relationships with the Long Term Care and Retirements homes to ensure we are always being proactive with their needs and ensuring only the best-fit candidates are on-site at all times.

Aman is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Haryanvi.

Scheduling Manager

Harleen Kaur

Harleen brings a wealth of efforts and dedication to her role. With a background in General and Health Care Administration from Mohawk College, she has been an integral part of managing the scheduling team for the past 6 years. Harleen believes in hard work and an unwavering commitment and dedication to work ethic are they keys to success.
